They confirmed that we were covered but that in the event of a claim we would be required to demonstrate what is termed a "duty of care" In order to be able to do this the Administration Team felt it was necessary to restrict certain sections of the Forum to members only and additionally put in place measures to minimise the publication of any language/material which could possibly be deemed to be offensive, libellous,   slanderous or defamatory. These measures are in no way designed to be obstructive but simply designed that we comply with the terms of our insurance. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
